Users must use the services lawfully and not for purposes that violate applicable regulations. Prohibited uses include submitting fraudulent credentials, misrepresenting identity, or attempting to bypass course access controls.

Some courses or features may not be offered in all countries due to regulatory or licensing restrictions. Availability notices appear on course pages and are subject to change.

Account Registration and Management

Creating an account on entrepzo allows access to course materials, progress tracking, and certificate issuance where applicable. Account holders must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Account access credentials are personal and non-transferable.

Users must provide truthful and current information during registration and when submitting any documentation. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect eligibility for courses or certificates and may result in account restrictions until records are corrected.

Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials. Notify entrepzo promptly if there is reason to believe account security has been compromised. entrepzo uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect accounts, but users must also take precautions such as using unique passwords.

Accounts, access rights, or course enrollments may not be transferred or sold. Any attempt to transfer access may lead to suspension of the account and related services.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately with available details so we can take steps to secure the account and contribute the activity.

entrepzo may suspend or restrict an account for violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. Suspension decisions are based on available evidence and may be lifted after review.

Service Description

entrepzo provides continuing professional development courses, learning modules, assessments, and related materials for individuals and organizations. Courses may be delivered online, in-person at partner venues, or in hybrid formats. Course descriptions include scope, learning objectives, estimated duration, and any prerequisites.

Courses, schedules, instructors, and materials may be updated, rescheduled, or withdrawn. When substantive changes occur, enrolled participants will be notified through their registered contact methods. Changes are made to maintain educational standards and comply with applicable regulations.

Services are provided subject to availability and operational conditions. Technical interruptions, public holidays, or instructor availability may affect delivery. entrepzo seeks to minimize disruptions but does not assume liability for interruptions outside its control.

User Content and Contributions

Users retain ownership of their original content where applicable, subject to third-party rights. By submitting content, users confirm they have the rights necessary to grant the licenses described below.

By posting content on entrepzo, users grant entrepzo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content in connection with providing and promoting the services. This license allows entrepzo to host, distribute, and archive content as needed for course delivery.

Users are responsible for the content they submit and must not upload material that infringes third-party rights, contains illegal content, or violates privacy rights. entrepzo may remove or block access to content that appears to violate these rules.

entrepzo reserves the right to remove user content that violates policies or applicable law. Requests for content removal should include clear grounds and supporting information.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, site design, branding, and proprietary tools provided by entrepzo are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted limited rights to use materials for personal or organizational learning but may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Paid Services and Enrollment

Users are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or levies associated with course fees unless stated otherwise. entrepzo will provide tax receipts where required.

Prices for courses may be adjusted. Price changes apply to future purchases; enrollees already confirmed for a course are charged the fee in effect at the time of payment unless otherwise specified.

Failure to pay fees may lead to suspension of access to course materials, assessments, or certificates until outstanding amounts are settled.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand to the extent not preempted by applicable international or local regulations. Disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction described in the disputes section.

Dispute Resolution
